OG: 1.063 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.8% v/v (5.3% w/w)
Water: .5 t gypsum in mash and sparge water
Grain: 9 lb. British pale
.5 lb. American victory
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 lb. British chocolate
.25 lb. Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked barley
1 lb. Flaked wheat
.5 lb. British Crystal
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash in 3.75 gallons of 170F, hold at 155F for 75 minutes.

Add boiling water to bring temp up to 167, mash out for 10 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 6 gallons
Added 2 oz cocoa powder for full boil

Added 4 oz cocoa powder for last 10 minutes of boil
Hops: .25 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Glacier (5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Either Eng Ale 002, Irish Ale 004, or Brit Ale
Log: Added 2 crushed vanilla beans and 4 oz of cocoa powder into secondary
