1 lb. American crystal 20L
2 lb. American crystal 60L
.25 lb. British crystal 50-60L
Steep: Total time 60mins. First 30 mins at 145° next 30mins at 155° to 165°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.102 3.5 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
At 55mins add Irish Moss & Yeastex yeast nutrient
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Most of the time WLP001 American Ale Yeast.
In summer my house gets up to 90°, so I use WLP530 Belgian Abbey Ale Yeast. It is very beautiful, 80%+ attenuation and has no problem with big temperature swings.

Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
