Cascadian Dark Ale (5-23-10)

Cascadian Dark Ale - made with ingredients that were on hand. I was concerned might be overly "roasty" . Turned out great very drinkable and smooth. Reminiscent of a dry Irish stout but less roast & the citrus piney hop profile of the American North West
