Zach & I are brewing this batch for Zach's daughters Britany's wedding in July. Brewed on 6/19/2010.

10 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 40 IBU
OG: 1.060 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: All water is RO
Grain: 30 lb. Belgian pale
1 lb. Wheat malt
3 lb. German Munich
.75 lb. American crystal 40L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash in with 165°F hot liquor to rest at 153°-155°F for 1 hour or until conversion on RIMS system. Raise to 169°F to mash out.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.072 15 gallons
5 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tablespoon Irish Moss last 15 min. of boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (7.4% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (7.4% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (7.4% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (7.4% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
