wanted a beer to bridge commercial w/ craft for the non beer drinker.

Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.034 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 3.1% v/v (2.4% w/w)
Grain: 2.5 lb. American 2-row
.5 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
all grains and hops into bag add 2 gallons water and steep at 155°
for 20 min sparge w/ 170° 1/2 gallon
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.038 2 gallons
added malt dextrine one time really liked its performance
Hops: .5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: cooper
Log: fermentation for 4-6 days at approx 71° secondary with gelatin
for 2-3 days
Carbonation: bottle fermentation
Tasting: added 2 oz niagara wine to act as carbonator in the bottle.
worked very well great taste.
