Cascade Pale

Single hop recipe that I'm brewing for my buddy. I will use the yeast cake and Willamette hops in the next recipe

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
17 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 35 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp gypsum in mash and sparge
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. American Munich
8 oz. Belgian aromatic
1 lb. 8 oz. American crystal 40L
Mash: 77% efficiency
154 for 60 minutes
Sparge with 180 for 15 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 6.75 gallons
Whirlfloc at 15 minutes left
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: I think I might try WLP 051
Log: Ferment at 66 for 7 days
Secondary at 66 for 14-21 days
Carbonation: I want about 2.2 volume. I like my ales carbed on the lower end
