Boil: minutes SG 1.054 12.5 gallons
cascade hops were reused late hops 4 oz used at 22 16 12 4 of another recipe that were in boil for duration.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.9% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (7.5% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Spalt (2.0% AA, 14 min.)
Yeast: 1084 with 6 cup DME in 3/4 gal 36 hour starter
Carbonation: 1 cup DME per 5 gal at bottling
