Boil: minutes SG 1.052 10 gallons
1 tablet Whirlflock last 5 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.8% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6.4% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: WLP001, WY 1056, or US05
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 8.56 oz. for 10 gallons @ 65°F
