34g Chocolate OR Weyerman Carafa II
Steep: steep in 4L of 68°C water for 40 minutes. rinse with 1.5-2L of hot water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 25 liters
3.3kg Light malt extract
add 2/3 LME at 15 minutes.
add 1 tsp. Irish Moss at 15 minutes
Hops: 30g Fuggles (4.2% AA, 60 min.)
2g Northern brewer (15% AA, 60 min.)
15g Fuggles (4.2% AA, 20 min.)
15g Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Fermentis US-05
