Summertime wit - first brew in my new kettle!

Bitterness: 18 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.009
Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: Hmmm... HLT water from BBC Taprrom.
Grain: 2 lb. Rolled oats
5 lb. Flaked wheat
5 lb. Wheat malt
15 lb. American 2-row
4 lb. Torrified wheat
Mash: 65% efficiency
Recirc at 152F for 1 hour, then step up to 170F for mashout.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 17 gallons
0.5 oz. Crushed Corriander
0.5 oz. Bitter Orange Peel
Add spice bag at end of boil.
Hops: 3 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WYEAST #3944 Belgian Witbier in a quart starter
