Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: olympia tap water
Grain: 8.00 lb. American 2-row
1.00 lb. American Munich
6.5 oz. American crystal 60L
1.5 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
mashed at 158 for 90 min.sparged 175 for 20 min. or untill 7.5 gallons is reached.
Boil: 90 min. minutes SG 1.037 7 gallons
irish moss at15 min.
Hops: 0.93 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Log: in primary for 1 week/secondary for 1 week/bottled w/.7 cups corn sugar.
Tasting: smooth malty not to sweet,next batch i'll add 1/2 oz.more bitter.but all in all its still a great tasting beer.
