Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6 gallons
.2 oz Allspice (whole seed) @ start of boil; 60 minutes
3 sticks Cinnamon @ 20 minutes; 40 minutes
.1 oz Nutmeg (grounded) @ 20 minutes; 40 minutes
4 oz Ginger (fresh grated) @ 45 minutes; 15 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 40 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast London Ale #1028 yeast
Log: Added Vanilla (2 whole beans extracted in 4 oz of vodka for 1 week)to secondary carboy
