Tinman's Summer Ale

Brewed a kit last year of this, by Brewers Best. It was an awesome summer ale - didn't last too long.This is my attempt to replicate with a little tweaking.

Beer: Tinman's Summer Ale Style: American Pale Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
7 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 19 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: None.Farm well water.Squeeze 1 lemon into water at beginning.
Grain: 1 lb. 0 oz. British pale
1 lb. 0 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep casle pale and carapils (1# each) in 150 deg. water for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.064 4 gallons
5 lb. 0 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Wheat extract
Added 2 oz. sweet orange peel, 1 oz. cinnamon stick, .5 oz. cardamom crushed, .5 oz. coriander seed crushed, lemon zest from 1 whole lemon to boil at 15 minutes.Irish moss added at 10 mins.Took 2 qts. gyle pre-pitch for priming.
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: muntons gold - 2 packages
Log: brewed 3-6-2010.pitch at 70 deg. Ferm at 68 deg. for 7 days. Rack for 7 days.
Carbonation: 1.5 qts of gyle to prime.
