Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 6 gallons
4 oz. Cane sugar
12 oz. lactose
8 oz. invert sugar
add cocoa and all sugar at 15 min till end of boil
Hops: 1.4 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Log: 6 oz cocoa at boil
.33 oz chocolate extract in secondary 1 oz alc with 2tb cocoa sit for one week to taste
