Crazy Belgian with Strawberries

Really crazy try for "diffrent" beer.

Beer: Crazy Belgian with Strawberries Style: Belgian Tripel
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 23 liters
Color:
19 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.080 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 7.8% v/v (6.1% w/w)
Water: Not spill to much on the floor.
Grain: 200g CaraRed
150g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
200g British Carastan light
50g Belgian chocolate
Boil: minutes SG 1.185 10 liters
3kg 800g Light malt extract
1kg 500g Sedan
200g Cane sugar
Sedan in 15 mins
Ennis and clove in the last 5 mins
Hops: 20g Northern Brewer (10.8% AA, 60 min.)
10g Northern Brewer (10.8% AA, 15 min.)
Log: use 1-2kg of strawberries in the fermentation (wait 3-4 days before adding them)
Freeze the strawberries 1 day before,
unfreeze them, use Alcohol Pasteurization with Alcohol95% 2-4 hours before.
Tasting: just wait a month, promise to uptade :)
