60 minutes at 149 degrees F
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.046 7.5 gallons
Moss at 15 mins and wirlfloc at 3 min's
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (4% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 30 min.)
Log: ferm began at 64, and I allowed it to rise to 70 degrees over the course of a week. Remained at 70 for another week, then racked to keg. Lagered for 2 weeks.
