50g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
100g Roasted barley
Boil: minutes SG 1.142 8.5 liters
3kg Dark malt extract
500g Maple syrup
300g Brown sugar
brown suger and maple syrup in 15 last mins
5 shots of Liquid Espresso (Nespresso Black) in 5 last mins
Hops: 30g Northern Brewer (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
15g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
15g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (aroma)
Yeast: T-58
