Steep: Steep at 155 °F for 30 minutes in 1.5 gallons of water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6.5 gallons
6 lb. Wheat dry malt extract
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer (4% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Hallertauer (4% AA, 30 min.)
.75 oz. Hallertauer (4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Cry Havoc, WLP862. Ferment at 68 °F.
Log: Racked to secondary after 14 days. Bottled after 14 more days.
Carbonation: 4.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 8.42 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
