Oatmeal Stout #2

This is my first attempt at All Grain brewing.
I will be brewing using the BIAB method.

Brewer: Noam - Modiin Email: -
Beer: Oatmeal Stout #2 Style: Oatmeal Stout
Type: All grain Size: 22 liters
Color:
110 HCU (~37 SRM)
Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.066 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: No Water Treatment
Grain: 5.5kg Pale Ale
300g Roasted barley
330g Rolled oats
300g CaraAroma
200g Carafa II
Mash: 70% efficiency
mash at 66°C for 60 minutes.
raise temp to 74°C and hold for 10 minutes for mash out.
let the grains drain and bring to boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 31 liters
Hops: 30g Brewers Gold (6.7% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: wanted to use Fermentis , Safale S-04 English Ale yeast.
Will use Danstar Nottingham instead.
Log: Hops were planed to be Fuggles (60 Gr)
substituted by 30 gr of Brewers Gold.
Brewed Jan. 16th 2010. calculated efficiency of 71%.
mesured OG of 1064.
Bottled 19L on Jan. 26th 2010. FG was 1014. abv 6.6%
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 130g for 20 liters @ 19°C
