Bitterness: 5 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Grain: 150g CaraPils
50g CaraRed
50g CaraAmber
100g MELANIOLIN
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.145 8.5 liters
3kg Dark malt extract
700g Brown sugar
Brown sugar will be added in the last 15 minutes of boiling.
In the 5 minutes of the boiling we will add:
1/2 a bag of Clove(tziporen)
1/2 a bag of Kosbra
1/2 a bag of Anis stars
2 Cinnamon sticks
Hops: 30g Tettnanger (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: t-58
Carbonation: 2.1 volumes Corn Sugar: 105g for 21 liters @ 20°C
