0g Belgian pale
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.091 8.5 liters
500g Cane sugar
200g Brown sugar
1kg 500g Wheat extract
Hops: 30g sterling (7.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: S-04
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Keg: 24.5 psi @ 20°C
Adding 1.5Kg of pear in the second carbonation.
We freezed the pear and then sanitized it with 95% alcohol liquid (just a bit but enough to cover the small pear pieces) for a few minutes.
