I Guess it's a APA

Started out as a Blonde but I was using some leftover hops and some that were part of another batch I was brewing later and it just kinda ended up as a APA.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
10 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 60 IBU
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Water: Anchorage Tap Water
Grain: 1 lb. Belgian pale
.75 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Grains in bag heated up to 160 F steeped for 30 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.074 4 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Rice extract
Irish Moss added in last 15 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1272 American Ale II, no Starter will do one next time.
Log: 2 weeks in primary racked over Belgian wood cubes that had been soaking in Bourbon for a week 2 weeks in secondary than bottled.
Tasting: light taste fruity notes from hops (I love Centennial and Cascade hops)slight wood and bourbon taste on the back end.
