2 oz. Gr. Tettnanger WH (4.1% AA, 45 min.)
2 oz. Gr. Tettnanger Loose WH (4.1% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Gr. Tettnanger Loose WH (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Gr. Tettnanger Loose WH (aroma)
Yeast: WLP830 German Lager Yeast, 1200ml starter
Log: 1/6/10 Pitched Yeast @ 66F, Ferm @ 52F/12days, ~58F/1day
1/19/10 Transferred to Carboys, Conditioned @ ~30F
2/2/10 Kegged, Final gravity unsure due to low temp and carbonataion
Carbonation: Set CO2 @ 8psi for 2 week conditioning
Tasting: Tastes great @ kegging and well carbonated due to 30F conditioning in carboys.
