Copperhook Clone Red Hook

This is my first recipe. I have yet to make this but the calculations and grain bill match Red Hooks specifications. If you try this before I do let me know. I hope to brew this within the next couple of weeks.

Beer: Copperhook Clone Red Hook Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
16 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.058 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 10 oz. American crystal 60L
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep Grains in grain sock in 1.5 to 2 Gal of 150°-160° water. Drain and sparge. Add water for a 6 gallon boiling batch. 5 gallon final batch size.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss at 45 min
Hops: 1.2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056
Carbonation: 1 1/4 cup extra light DME
