This is a basic recipe for micro mashes to malt base malt tea's to sample. You can use this procedure to compare a variety of malts

Mash: 75% efficiency
150°F for 30 minutes
Boil: 0 minutes SG 1.056 .125 gallons
No boil, just cool after draining sweet wort and sample
