.75 lb. American crystal 10L
.25 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Flaked rice
Mash: 68% efficiency
Dough in at 2.75 Gallons (2 gallons 3 quarts) of 140 F water. Stabilize at 132 for 30 minutes.

Then add 1.5 gallons of boiling water. Stabilize at 148-152 F for 60 minutes. Mash out at 165 F.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.047 6 gallons
Boil 6 gallons.

.25 Irish Moss last 15 minutes of boil
Hops: 1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 75 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 75 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
.75 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: WL German Lager Yeast
