Nuts and Bolts Bown Ale v2

I'm fermenting in two 5 gallon batches - one with the listed WL004, and the other I'm going to do with the Wyeast London ESB yeast (1968) I used in the last version.

Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Grain: 17 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. 12 oz. American crystal 90L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. American chocolate
2 oz. American black patent
1 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 70% efficiency
mash at 153°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 12.35 gallons
Irish Moss added at 15 minutes from the end of the boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Irish Ale Yeast - 600ml starter
