first attempt at a rice style beer and its with an ale yeast so it's not lager style

Bitterness: 66 IBU
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: tap
Grain: 24 oz. Oats (raw)
32 oz. Rice
Mash: 75% efficiency
boil oats and rice to gel it for 1 hour then mash at 150 for 3 hours
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.026 5 gallons
8 oz. Light dry malt extract
8 oz. Cane sugar
irish moss
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.25 oz. Centennial (7.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Centennial (7.5% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: pulled off bottom of Sierra Nevada bottle and made about 8 months ago
