Steep: Crush and steep in 2 liters at 65ºC for 20 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.175 5 liters
1.5kg Light malt extract
1kg Light dry malt extract
1 tablespoon of Irish moss after 45 minutes.
Hops: 50g Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
50g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Safale S-04 (11,5 gr)
Carbonation: 1.3 volumes Cane Sugar: 27.6g for 16.5 liters @ 20°C
