Steep: Steep for 30 minutes at 155°F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.099 2.5 gallons
0.18kg Hershey's Unsweet Cocoa
0.60kg Corn sugar (Dark)
2.15kg Dark malt extract
Add extract when temperature reaches 185°F
Hops: 15g Cluster (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
15g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
10g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Safale S-33 Ale Yeast. A general purpose, widely-used ale yeast with low sedimentation properties. This strain is extremely consistent, with excellent wort attenuation and a superb flavor profile. Optimum temp: 59°-75° F
Log: Add Godvia Chocolate Liquor when transferring into keg.
