A nice session beer to drink after work.

Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Water: well water, didnt have any gypsu, seems to have converted fine.
Grain: 10 lb. British pale ( TF Maris Otter)
.5 lb. Wheat malt (bestmalz)
.5 lb. British Carastan light (TF)
.5 lb. British crystal 70-80L (TF)
Mash: 75% efficiency
infusion mash at 155, mashout at 170.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.041 8 gallons
irish moss at 15 min
Hops: 2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Bramling Cross (4.75% AA, 25 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 25 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Bramling Cross (aroma)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1968, gen IV, 500 ml starter
Log: brewed 9/1/09
Carbonation: kegged. med-low carbonation
