Partigyle-1:Belgian Quad-Adjusted Grain Bill

This is the adjusted grain bill for our Partigyle. This would be a batch sparge in a cooler mashtun. Seconding runnings would go into the Dubbel. Specifics on my buddy's system such as strike temps and sparge volumes will be worked out, I guessed at some things.
