Water: 2 grams of Calcium Chloride in 10 gal Milwaukee tap water will produce malty water.
Grain: 4.5 lb. American 2-row
1.5 lb. American victory
2 lb. American crystal 40L
2 lb. American chocolate
2 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 60% efficiency
Mash at 154F. Add 1/2lb finely ground chocolate malt to top of mash before sparge for color addition.
Boil: minutes SG 1.116 5 gallons
9 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 5 oz. Cascade (6.4% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: WL002, WY 1968 London ESB, or S04
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 8.56 oz. for 10 gallons @ 65°F
