Harvest Lager

I used the Fuggles hops to add a fruity aroma
for a Harvest type feel

16 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.046 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Grain: 1.01 lb. Cara Munich
1.01 lb. Belgian biscuit
Steep: steep grains for 90 minutes at 140° Fahrenheit
Boil: 60 min minutes SG 1.092 3.0 gallons
5.08 lb. Muntons Light dry malt extract
I brought it up to 6 US gallons to compensate for anticipated loss
Hops: 1.00 oz. Chinook (11% AA, 45 min.)
0.49 oz. Fuggles (5.10% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: S-23 ( Safale )

I brought it up to 6 US gallons to compensate for anticipated loss
also have a 6.5 gallon carboy as my primary. OG was 1.049 @ 69 degrees
I will pitch yeast at 50 degrees
