Partigyle-3:Dubbel-target

This would be our third beer, a combination of second runnings from the Quad and the Tripel. The specialty grains are steeped. The OG is fudged in, we'll still have to estimate this after we settle the first two recipes.

Water: Same as the Quad and Tripel
Grain: .5 lb. Belgian aromatic
.5 lb. Belgian biscuit
10.9 lb. Runnings from 1&2
Mash: 75% efficiency
Second runnings.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.054 7 gallons
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
Irish Moss
Hops: .6 oz. Perle (8.25% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Sterling (5.9% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Sterling (5.9% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Strisselspalt (3.0% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Belgian Golden Ale WLP-570
Start at 62F and ramp up slowly to 70F.
