Partigyle-1:Belgian Quad-Target

This is the first brew for our Partigyle. This would be a batch sparge in a cooler mashtun. Seconding runnings would go into the Dubbel. Specifics on my buddy's system such as strike temps and sparge volumes will be worked out, I guessed at some things.

128 HCU (~42 SRM)
Bitterness: 31 IBU
OG: 1.094 FG: 1.024
Alcohol: 9.0% v/v (7.1% w/w)
Water: Half hard/half RO water. Or adjust my water which is pretty neautral.
Grain: 12 lb. Belgian pale
2 lb. Belgian Munich
0 lb.
1.25 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
2.25 lb. Belgian Special B
Mash: 60% efficiency
Mash 1 hour in 4 gals.
Strike temp. 170
Mash temp: 155

Sparge with 4 gals water at 170F to collect at least 7 gallons wort.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.067 7.0 gallons
2 lb. Belgian candi sugar
Irish Moss
Hops: .75 oz. Marynka (4.00% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Perle (8.25% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Marynka (4.00% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Perle (8.25% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Strisselspalt (3% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: WYeast 1214 Belgian Ale
60F in an ice bath, let it ramp itself up in temp
