single infusion mash at 153F for 1 hour, batch sparge with 180 F water for 10 minutes.

1 lb. Honey
whirlfloc & yeast wyeast nutrient at 10 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Glacier (5.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Glacier (5.9% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: wyeast 1084
Carbonation: 4 oz corn sugar
