Alcohol: 6.7% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Water: 1 TBS of 5.2 Mash Stabilizer and 1 tsp gypsum for mash
Grain: 11 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash grains at 153 for 60 min with 14 qts water. Fly sparge with 170F water to collect 6.5 gal.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6.75 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (8.5% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (DRY HOP) (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs 004 (Irish Ale) in a 1 qt starter.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 11.2 psi @ 38°F
