Water: water filtered in a Brita jug, did not boil most of it
Grain: 12.4 lb. American 2-row
1.22 lb. American crystal 60L
Steep: Steeped crystal malt at 155 degrees for 20 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.125 2.5 gallons
2.66 lb. Honey
1/4 t. Irish moss; slowly added malt and honey during boil to not kill the boil
Hops: 1.63 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1.63 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1.63 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: WLP028, Edinburg, White Labs Pitchable Yeast
