Strike with 7.5G @ 163° Mash for 80 minutes at 151°-->149° no-mash-out I have a cooler, working on the third keg so you can mash out at 168 if you want to....Sparge with ~9G of 170° aqua
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.055 10.5 gallons
1 oz Fuggles ad mash hop 1/2 oz East Kent Golding @ 20 minutes Irish Moss @15 1/2 East Kent @ 10 1 oz Strisselspalt pellets at flameout.
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
