A bright golden ale, mild German-style hop aroma. Buttery but dry and medium bodied. A light beer that is still very flavorful and interesting

OG: 1.038 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 3.8% v/v (3.0% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. German Pilsner
12 oz. Carapils
Steep: 45 minuites in 150F water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.075 2.5 gallons
4 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 4 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1007 German Ale
Log: Ferment at 65-72F for 2 weeks. Rack to secondary for 2 weeks at 50 - 65F. Bottle and age at 50-65F for 2 weeks
Carbonation: 2.7 volumes Corn Sugar: 5.00 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
