Low acl% and lots of flaked grains. The color of coffee. This could be for breakfast, lunch and obviously dinner. If mash efficiency is a little lower than anticipated, then it's an even better choice for earlier in the day, the weakend of course.

Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham.
Carbonation: 1.8 volumes Keg: 6.1 psi @ 45°F
