Orange blossom Cream Ale

Based on previous George & Charlie's Cream ale with some adjustments. I've cut the base 2-row, added some biscuit malt, and 1# of orange blossom honey.

Brewer: Viper Email: -
Beer: Orange blossom Cream Ale Style: Cream Ale
Type: All grain Size: 5.0 gallons
Color:
5 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: Filtered tap.
Grain: 7 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. Flaked corn
8 oz. Flaked oats
1 lb. Flaked rice
8 oz. Belgian biscuit
Mash: 70% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 6.5 gallons
1 lb. Honey
Add Honey to the last 15 min of boil.
Hops: 1.0 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 40 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 3 min.)
1.0 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (aroma)
Yeast: Nottingham Dry, no starter required.
Carbonation: Force carbonation in keg.
Tasting: Excellent brew. However, had to cut back the biscuit to 1/2# and added another # of 2-row. Also will insist on Nottingham dry vs. Safale 04. I think that may be the answer to the perfect orange blossom cream ale!
