One hour single temperature infusion at 152 degrees
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 6.5 gallons
Irish Moss at 15 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP830 German Bock
Log: Fermented in temperature controlled kegerator
Carbonation: Will Force Carbonate after 2 weeks in the Primary at 53 degrees, 4 weeks in the Secondary at 40 degrees
