Mashed grains in 2 gallons water @ 153 F - 60 minutes.
Sparged with 1.5 gallons 170 F water.
Topped brewpot up to 3 gallons, making up for water absorbed by mash.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.088 3 gallons
1 lb. 0 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Amber dry malt extract
Added 1 lb Golden Light DME @ 60 minutes
Added 1 lb Sparkling Amber DME @ 30 minutes
Added 1 tsp re-hydrated Irish Moss @ 15 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Safale S-04 (Whitbread Strain)
