Steep: Steep Grains at 160° for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.071 4 gallons
6.20 lb. Amber malt extract
1 tsp. Irish Moss added at last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast American Ale II
Log: Fermentation temp = 70-75°.
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.28 oz. for 5 gallons @ 75°F
