1.82kg Amber malt extract
Add extract when boil reaches 195°F, after extract is added get rolling boil for 2-3 minutes before adding hops.
Hops: 4.6g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.9g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1.9g Cluster (7% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1214 Belgium Abbey (Yeast cake)
