Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. German Pilsner
1 lb. Pale wheat
1 lb. Caramel wheat
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash at 155 for 90 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.086 3 gallons
12 oz. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. 14 oz. Wheat extract
No Irish moss--hefe means cloudy!
Hops: .75 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 3068.
