9qts water > 145°F add malts > 133°F for 30min
+4.5qts boiling water > 155°F 40min
+heat > 158°F 20min
+heat > 167°F
> sparge with 3gal 170°F water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.054 5 gallons

+1/2 tsp Irish Moss 15min remaining
Hops: 1 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 60 min.)
