Steep: Steep 8 oz. lemongrass with specialty grains, 60 minutes @ 175F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.098 3 gallons
6 lb. Briess pilsen liquid malt extract
1 lb. Briess pilsen dry malt extract
Add 8 oz. lemongrass @ 15 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Simcoe (13% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056)
